| As soon as we arrived in Glasgow a nice guy came and met us at the airport |
He was a friend of a friend of an associate of jons |
He let us crash at his house and play with his baby |
Cute don't you think

This guy was so kind, he told us all about where to go
|
Then he left to stay at his in-laws while we stayed at his place
|
|

|
| But first he stocked the fridge with Ginger Ale and snacks |
Scots love Gingerale, Ginger Beer...anything to do with Ginger
|
So we enjoyed the place - our first comfortable stay
|
Before he left he got us haggis and blood sausage
|
I always wanted to try haggis - I was right, its not bad
|
The blood sausage was better though
|

The mountains get really steep and rocky

And yet amazingly green

Rocks jut out of grassy plains, and other rocky cliffs are covered in moss

Its so unbelievably green and such a break from the dreary urban scene |
Hiked around for quite a while up here
