Me at the Westin in San Francisco, the night before we left
The obligatory airport shot - we are sick of place
A guy was waiting with a sign that read "Pasion" - for the first time that menat Ami too!
This bed is why we never wanted to leave our room
Champagne and assorted fruits were waiting for us when we checked in
This is our private patio right with a nice coastal view

Another view from our patio
Two honeymoon kits later, all Ami could think about was taking three baths a day
A twighlight shot of our view - you get it, we liked the view
White men can't jump, but pregnant ladies can!
Stretching before my first massage - FROM A HUGE MAN!!
There were wild parrots and parakeets everywhere

More parrots
The hotel was called "El Gran Papagayo" which is appropriate since papagayo is a green parrot
Just before the big latin hunk layed his hands all over me...(massage)
This was some sort of skunk which I somehow confused for a monkey
The amazing buffet - I think this night was Costa Rican food
This is like when your mom catches you dressing up in her clothes...

I could tell you I was just relaxing, but would it matter
There was free kayaking everyday
And free photo ops Once again defying the pregnancy and jumping for joy
All drinks are free, and bars are everywhere
This was an outdoor massage parlour

Still getting the hang of the self-timer on the camera
Maximum relaxin' in the hammock
I couldn't quite figure out what this bird was until I heard Ami say it: A PTERADACTYL Ami took a turn in the hammock as well, who can blame her
An assortment of fruits - the one where you suck out alien larvae is a Passion fruit
And of course unlimited girly drinks brought out my feminine side

If they have a robe, I am putting it to use
The rocks under my feet are actually just cooled magma from an old volcano
A beautiful Costa Rican sunset This proves we cannot take a serious picture
So does this
...and of course this

The lady who took this picture for us got yelled at by her husband, a pro photographer
So he made her do it again, this is the result
Kissing in the sunset, how romantic I thought I wanted to capture this natural beauty
A traditional Costa Rican band played for us on the cigar deck
And some traditional Costa Rican dances

Ami got caviar and only ate half. She explained, "I want these people to think I eat caviar all the time, so its no big deal to me.
This is on a day trip we took to a volcano
Deja vu A huge man-made lake that they put in over four old towns
I would never make it in National Geographic, but I think this was a monkey
We put on rain jackets - for what? A rainforest!
